ABOUT US

The company was established in the year 2021, as a property holding and management company. In the year 2022, the company acquired its first property, Republik TTDI, a 4-storey office and retail building located in the heart of TTDI. Since then, KSP has been actively working to elevate the building’s standard into a prime grade office and retail space. The building is also the place in which KSP is headquartered in.

As a property holding and management company, KSP continuously seeks out new opportunities in the real estate space, to expand its portfolio and footprint across Kuala Lumpur’s most vibrant locations.
