REPUBLIK TTDI (BANGUNAN AHP)

Situated at the centre of TTDI, Republik TTDI is a renown landmark and has stood on its current ground for over 30 years. The building occupies a land approximately 90,000 square feet in size and has a total net lettable area of 103,685 square feet. It is located along one of TTDI’s busiest streets, Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad 3.

To many of TTDI’s residents, the building is best known as the place which most people went to for their grocery shopping as it housed one of Malaysia’s most famous and longstanding grocery chains, Jaya Jusco, up until the 1990s. Today, Republik TTDI is a sprawling commercial centre, hosting various types of businesses. Some of which include Banking, Health, and Education. With its diverse range of businesses and strategic location, Republik TTDI is more than just a commercial centre, but also a focal point helping to fulfil the many different needs of the community.

There is also a Food & Beverage (F&B) retail outlet, TT Gardens, located next to the main building of Republik TTDI. The outlet comprises of 2 storeys, consisting of eateries offering hungry customers a wide array of cuisines from across the world. With a “garden dining” concept in mind, the outlet’s space has been designed to impart a relaxing and pleasurable dining experience to its customers.

PARKING SPACES IN REPUBLIK TTDI

As TTDI is known for its busy and bustling surroundings, Republik TTDI offers various facilities to cater to the continuously high foot traffic and activity it receives throughout the day. One of these facilities includes a fully open parking space made available to the public, which consists of 104 regular parking bays and another 4 parking bays for disabled drivers.

There is also an underground basement parking space which has 95 bays and is made exclusive to the tenants of the building.

LOADING BAY IN REPUBLIK TTDI

For tenants having routine deliveries of supplies or goods, Republik TTDI is equipped with a loading bay, which is located behind the main building. As deliveries of supplies or goods typically involve heavy vehicles, the loading bay has its own dedicated entrance, separate from the parking areas. This helps the flow of vehicle traffic into the building to be better managed whilst ensuring the building’s tenants are able to receive their deliveries without any delay.
